IT’S TIME TO WORK WITH YOUR MIND, NOT AGAINST IT

For the overthinker who's exhausted by their own thoughts and ready for a different way through.

LET'S DO THIS! →

YOU'RE EXHAUSTED. AND YOUR LIFE LOOKS FINE.

You replay conversations for hours after they end. You're awake at 3am running through everything you said and everything that might go wrong tomorrow. You're staring at a simple decision and your brain won't let you land anywhere.

You've tried to think your way through it. Breathe through it. Push through it.

You're still in it.

There's got to be a better way.

  • A way to catch the spiral before it hijacks your afternoon over one difficult conversation
  • A way to stay in the room ( mentally)  instead of replaying what just happened while life keeps moving
  • A way to move through your thoughts without needing to resolve them first

Good news >>> There is

There's a way to respond to your thoughts so they don't take over in the same way.

Imagine what it will feel like when:

  • You wake up at 3 a.m., and instead of spiraling for two hours, you have something to come back to... and actually fall back asleep
  • You walk away from a conversation without replaying every word, wondering if you said the wrong thing
  • You're facing a big decision, and instead of freezing, you have a way to move through it without getting stuck in your own head
  • A stressful email lands in your inbox and it doesn't derail your entire afternoon
  • You feel something hard, and instead of pushing it down or getting swept away by it, you know exactly what to do next
  • You move through your day feeling like you're in control, not just surviving it

It’s about interrupting the spiral and responding differently in real time.

Not by thinking harder. By starting somewhere your mind can actually hear you.

HEY THERE, I'M Dayna!

I've spent years sitting with people in some of the heaviest moments of their lives: inpatient psychiatric care, crisis intervention, hospice, the juvenile justice system. Those experiences taught me a lot about what people actually need when things feel hard.

And it's rarely what they think they need.

When I was caring for my mother through her battle with ovarian cancer, I watched up close how much weight people carry when life feels uncertain and how often they blame themselves for struggling when what they actually need is understanding, steadiness, and the right support.

I also know this from the inside. I've lived with anxiety for years. Everything I teach, I've worked through myself not once, but repeatedly, in real moments, in real life. This isn't just clinical knowledge. It's practice. My own, ongoing practice.

That's where this work comes from.

Your mind isn't the problem. It's doing exactly what it learned to do. The goal isn't to silence it; it's to understand it well enough to work with it. That's why everything in this program follows the same sequence: Regulate, Reframe, Respond.

Small Steps, Quiet Mind was built on that belief. Not to fix you. Not to quiet you. But to give you a way through.

YES, IT’S ACTUALLY POSSIBLE…

Most approaches ask you to think your way out of the spiral. That's backwards; your mind can't hear a reframe until your body feels safe. Small Steps, Quiet Mind starts in the body first, then the mind. I call it Regulate, Reframe, Respond.

TO GO FROM

You replay that conversation for hours, picking apart every word you said.

You finish the conversation, close the door on it, and actually move on with your day.

TO GO FROM

You overanalyze every decision until you're exhausted, and you still don't feel sure.

You make the decision, trust yourself, and stop replaying it for the rest of the day.

TO GO FROM

You spend hours trying to "figure it out," only to end up right back where you started, more drained than before.

You have a clear next step the moment it starts, so the loop doesn't take over your whole day.

INTRODUCING...Small Steps, Quiet Mind

Every week builds on one sequence:
Regulate, Reframe, Respond. Body first, then mind, so the shift actually holds.

HERE’S A SNEAK PEEK!...

MODULE 01

Week 1: What Holds You Steady

You've probably tried to push through, think your way out, or manage it better. But when your body and mind aren't supported at the foundation, none of that sticks. That's not a willpower problem. That's a starting point problem.

Week 1 fixes the starting point.

This week you'll:

  • Identify your two core pillars, your personal foundation for steadiness, so you always have somewhere solid to return to when things get loud
  • Walk away with your completed Pillars tool, ready to use the moment your mind starts to spiral
  • Join your scheduled 1:1 session where we'll work through what stood out from the module, answer any questions, and identify your one small step forward for the week

MODULE 02

Week 2: Making Sense of Your Brain and Your Body

When your thoughts get loud, it can feel random, confusing, or like something is just wrong with you. It's not. There's actually a pattern. Once you can see it, everything starts to make sense.

Week 2 shows you what's actually happening.

This week you'll:

  • Recognize your early warning signs before things escalate so you can step in sooner instead of only noticing once you're already overwhelmed
  • Walk away with your completed My Brain, My Body tool, a personal map of how your system responds so you stop feeling blindsided by your own reactions

MODULE 03

Week 3: Taking Care of Yourself When Things Get Loud

Awareness is a great first step. But if you don't know what to do in the moment, you'll still get pulled in. Knowing what's happening and knowing how to respond are two different things.

Week 3 bridges that gap.

This week you'll:

  • This is not about

forcing calm. It’s about supporting your system first, so your thinking brain can come back online.

  • Join your scheduled 1:1 session where we'll work through what stood out from the module, answer any questions, and identify your one small step forward for the week
  •  Walk away with your personal Regulation Menu, a simple set of supports you can reach for when your mind gets loud so you're never trying to figure it out in the middle of a spiral

MODULE 04

Week 4 Integration: Bringing It Together in Real Life

Understanding your patterns is one thing. Having tools is another. But neither of those matters if you can't put it together in the middle of a real moment, when your mind is loud, your day is full, and you don't have time to think it through.

Week 4 is where it all comes together.

This week you'll:

  • Move through the first half of the loop: notice, support, respond, so it starts to feel like second nature instead of something you have to force
  • Join your scheduled 1:1 session where we'll work through what stood out from the module, answer any questions, and identify your one small step forward for the week
  • Use your community to read the discussion board, interact with others, or just read the posts.

You'll have built a personal toolkit, tools you created for your specific mind, your specific patterns, your specific life. Yours to keep and return to forever.

NOW FOR SOME REAL TALK…

By now, you already know the biggest difference between feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and pulled into every spiral, and feeling steady, clear, and able to move through your day without getting taken out by your own mind comes down to one thing:
